Check in is at 2 PM                                                                                            Check out is at 10 AM

Rental application is subject to owner approval.

Utilities included with exception of telephone.

Rental includes dishware, pots and pans, cooking utensils and glassware.

Small kitchen appliances including coffee maker and toaster are included.

LINENS AND TOWELS are not provided.

A damage/cleaning deposit is required.  

House rental is for a specific number of persons determined in advance of taking possession.

House may not be used as a stage, backdrop or motion picture location without prior approval from the owner.

House rental may not be used for any illegal purposes.

No sub-letting permitted.

The property is family friendly.  Occasionally and at our discretion, we may rent to groups of unrelated individuals under the age of 25.  If we do, additional conditions may apply and are not limited to:

• All occupants would be listed on and sign the lease.

• The parent(s) and/or adult guardian(s) of those 18 and under would need to sign a waiver assuming all financial responsibility.

• No additional overnight guests would be permitted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• A larger security deposit may be required.

• The owner or designated representative, may at the owner's discretion enter and inspect the property without advance notice to the occupants to ensure compliance to the rules and all applicable laws. 

• At least one (1) parent or adult guardian over the age of 25 must accompany the group and occupy the premises

Property should be left in a CLEAN and ORDERLY condition.

Guests must abide by all local and state laws.  NO UNDERAGE DRINKING!

No excessive noise permitted.

Outside showers should be used after the beach.

NO SMOKING

CANCELLATION POLICY:  

In the event of cancellation, payment will be refunded only if and when the property is rented at no loss to the owner for your selected dates.  A 10% cancellation fee will be assessed to offset costs to re-rent the property.

A copy of lease agreement is available upon request.
